In a quiet environment, near a farm, the cottage benefits from a wooded garden at the front of the house and a terrace at the back, with a view of the Abbey of Saint-Florent-le-Vieil and the Moulin de l'Epinay. Attached to a large country house, this cottage includes a bright living room area (sofa, armchairs, television, board games and books), a simple and equipped kitchen (gas stove-oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle...), two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower) with WC.
During your stay, you will have free Wi-Fi, towels and linens.
The first bedroom has a 140 cm double bed, a single bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a sofa and a wardrobe with shelves.
